During the pandemic, many people started baking fresh bread. I was approached by a client who very quickly realized why Bread Boxes were invented. This box has a pattern of small holes in the rear of the box to let a controlled amount of moisture to escape. But no too much. It also has an angled front lid that is held in by the subtle pull of some hidden magnets. This lid doubles as a cutting board.
